Julia E. Sullivan is an attorney in the United States, a solicitor in England and Wales, and an international arbitrator. She has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, and has served as chair, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and emergency arbitrator in more than 120 cases.
Prior to founding her own firm, Ms. Sullivan chaired the Energy Regulation, Markets and Enforcement practice at a global law firm, where she also served as a member of the Steering Committee of the Global Energy & Transactions practice.
Ms. Sullivan is a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Executive Board of CIArb’s North America Branch, and a member of the roster of arbitrators of various arbitral institutions. She has taught college and graduate-level courses in the United States and Europe on international arbitration, international energy policy, and project finance.
Ms. Sullivan is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland.
