Ms. Sullivan is available for arbitrator appointments made directly by the parties or through arbitration institutions. She also is available to hear arbitration “moots” to help parties and their counsel refine their positions and arguments.
For arbitrator appointments, Ms. Sullivan charges USD 525 per hour, plus USD 2,000 per day for travel. Total fees shall not exceed the maximum amounts set forth in the International Chamber of Commerce Rules, Appendix 3.
